AIMINGCODE에서 제공하는 My Beetle의 게임 계정과

관련 데이터 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

■ 삭제 요청 방법

게임 로그인에 사용하는 Google 계정의 이메일 주소로

아래 고객지원 이메일에 요청을 보내 주세요.

받는 주소: aimingcode@gmail.com

메일 제목: My Beetle 계정 삭제 요청

메일 내용: My Beetle 게임 계정 및 관련 데이터 삭제를 요청합니다.

비밀번호나 인증 코드는 보내지 마세요.

계정 보호를 위해 필요한 경우 추가 본인 확인을 요청할 수 있습니다.

■ 삭제되는 정보

본인 확인 후 My Beetle의 Firebase 로그인 계정과

해당 계정에 연결된 서버 저장 데이터를 삭제합니다.

삭제 대상에는 계정에 연결된 이메일 주소, 이름,

계정 식별자 및 게임 진행 정보가 포함됩니다.

게임 진행 정보에는 사육 슬롯, 딱정벌레, 재화,

먹이, 장식 및 돌봄 기록 등이 포함됩니다.

삭제된 계정과 게임 진행 데이터는 복구할 수 없습니다.

기기에 남아 있는 앱 데이터는 앱 삭제 또는

기기의 앱 데이터 삭제 기능으로 제거할 수 있습니다.

■ 보관되는 정보

법령에 따라 보관해야 하는 거래 관련 기록이 있는 경우,

계약·청약철회 및 대금결제·재화 공급 기록은 5년,

소비자 불만·분쟁 처리 기록은 3년 동안 보관한 후 파기합니다.

이러한 기록은 게임 계정 삭제와 별도로 보관됩니다.

■ Google 계정 및 결제

My Beetle 계정을 삭제해도 Google 계정 자체는 삭제되지 않습니다.

Google이 자체적으로 보관하는 정보와 Google Play 결제 기록은

Google의 정책에 따라 처리됩니다.

계정 삭제 요청은 결제 환불 요청과 별개입니다.

환불이 필요한 경우 별도로 문의해 주세요.

■ 처리 안내

삭제 요청은 본인 확인 후 지체 없이 처리하며,

처리 결과는 요청한 이메일로 안내합니다.

You may request deletion of your My Beetle game account

and associated data provided by AIMINGCODE.

■ How to Request Deletion

Send your request to the support address below from

the email address of the Google account you use

to sign in to the game.

To: aimingcode@gmail.com

Subject: My Beetle Account Deletion Request

Message: I request deletion of my My Beetle game account

and its associated data.

Do not send your password or verification codes.

We may request additional verification when necessary

to protect your account.

■ Information Deleted

After verifying your identity, we will delete your

My Beetle Firebase authentication account and

the server save data associated with that account.

This includes your associated email address, name,

account identifier, and game progress.

Game progress includes habitat slots, beetles,

in-game currency, feed, decorations, and care records.

Deleted accounts and game progress cannot be restored.

App data remaining on your device can be removed

by uninstalling the app or clearing its app data

in your device settings.

■ Information Retained

Where transaction records must be retained under

applicable South Korean law, contract and withdrawal

records, as well as payment and supply records,

are retained for five years.

Consumer complaint and dispute records are retained

for three years.

These records are retained separately from the deleted

game account and are destroyed after the required period.

■ Google Account and Payments

Deleting your My Beetle account does not delete

your Google account.

Information independently retained by Google,

including Google Play payment records, is handled

under Google's policies.

An account deletion request is separate from

a payment refund request.

Please contact us separately if you wish to request a refund.

■ Request Processing

We will process your request without undue delay

after verifying your identity and notify you

of the result at the requesting email address.
