My Beetle 개인정보처리방침

에이밍코드(AIMINGCODE, 이하 “운영자”)는

My Beetle 서비스에서 처리하는 개인정보의 항목,

이용 목적, 보유기간 및 이용자의 권리를 다음과 같이 안내합니다.

1. 개인정보의 처리 목적 및 항목

운영자는 다음 정보를 서비스 제공에 필요한 범위에서 처리합니다.

가. Google 로그인 및 계정 관리

처리 항목: Google 계정 식별정보, 이메일 주소,

표시 이름, Google이 제공하는 프로필 정보 및 인증정보

처리 목적: 이용자 확인, 게임 계정 연결, 로그인 유지,

계정 관리 및 부정 이용 방지

Google 계정 비밀번호는 운영자가 수집하지 않습니다.

나. 게임 진행 내용의 저장 및 불러오기

처리 항목: 게임 계정 ID, 슬롯별 벌레·캐릭터 정보,

게임 진행 상태, 골드·먹이 등 보유 내역 및 저장 기록

처리 목적: 계정별 게임 진행 내용의 저장·불러오기와

게임 서비스 제공

다. 인앱 구매

처리 항목: 구매 상품 ID, 주문번호, 구매 검증 정보,

결제·취소 상태 및 상품 지급 기록

처리 목적: 구매 확인, 상품 지급, 중복 지급 방지,

환불 및 거래 관련 분쟁 처리

구매 정보는 인앱 구매를 이용한 경우에 처리합니다.

카드번호 등 결제수단 정보는 Google Play에서 처리하며,

운영자는 이를 직접 수집하지 않습니다.

라. 고객문의

처리 항목: 문의자의 이메일 주소, 문의 내용,

이용자가 제공한 계정 식별정보 및 필요한 거래 자료

처리 목적: 문의 답변, 오류 확인 및 분쟁 처리

고객문의 정보는 이용자가 문의를 접수한 경우에 처리합니다.

마. 인증 과정의 접속 정보

처리 항목: IP 주소, 사용자 에이전트 등 인증 관련 접속 정보

처리 목적: 계정 인증, 보안 유지 및 서비스 오용 방지

위 정보는 이용자가 제공하거나, Google 로그인과

게임 이용·구매 과정에서 제공받거나 생성됩니다.

계정 인증과 서버 저장에 필요한 정보를 제공하지 않으면

해당 기능의 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.

2. 개인정보의 보유기간 및 파기

계정 정보와 게임 저장 내용은 계정 서비스 제공 기간 동안

보유하며, 계정 삭제 또는 처리 목적 종료 시

법정 보존 대상 외의 정보는 지체 없이 파기합니다.

일반 고객문의는 문의 처리가 끝나면 삭제합니다.

다만 관계 법령에 따라 보존해야 하는 기록은

필요한 항목만 구분하여 다음 기간 동안 보관합니다.

- 계약 및 청약철회 기록: 5년

- 대금 결제 및 재화·서비스 공급 기록: 5년

- 소비자 불만 및 분쟁 처리 기록: 3년

위 기간은 대한민국 전자상거래 관련 법령에 따른

보존 대상 기록에 적용합니다.

보존 대상에는 해당 거래의 상품·주문·결제·공급 내역과

분쟁 처리에 필요한 계정 식별정보 및 문의 기록이 포함됩니다.

전자파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제하고,

종이 자료가 있는 경우 분쇄 등의 방법으로 파기합니다.

Firebase Authentication의 IP 로그는

Google의 공개 정책에 따라 수 주 동안 보관됩니다.

그 밖의 인증 정보는 운영자가 Firebase에 계정 삭제를

반영한 후 활성 시스템과 백업에서 최대 180일 이내 삭제됩니다.

3. 외부 서비스 이용 및 개인정보 처리위탁

운영자는 다음 외부 서비스를 이용합니다.

가. Google Firebase

이용 서비스: Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore

처리 업무: 계정 인증·관리·보안 및 게임 데이터 보관

Firebase 서비스의 개인정보 처리는 해당 서비스에 적용되는

Google의 서비스 약관과 데이터 처리 약정에 따릅니다.

나. Google Play

서비스 제공자: Google LLC

대한민국 Google Play 서비스 약관 기준

처리 업무: 인앱 구매 및 결제 처리

국가와 거래에 따라 해당 Google Play·결제 약관에서 정한

Google 법인이 결제 업무를 수행할 수 있습니다.

다. 고객문의 이메일

서비스 제공자: Google LLC

이용 서비스: Gmail

처리 업무: 고객문의 이메일의 수신·보관·전송

Google이 이용자에게 직접 제공하는 계정·결제 서비스와

일반 Gmail의 자체 개인정보 처리에는

Google의 개인정보처리방침 및 해당 서비스 약관이 적용됩니다.

운영자는 이용자의 개인정보를 판매하거나,

법령상 근거 또는 별도 동의 없이 다른 사업자의

광고 목적으로 제공하지 않습니다.

관계 법령에 따른 개인정보 제공이 필요한 경우에는

해당 법령에서 정한 요건과 범위를 따릅니다.

4. 개인정보의 국외 처리

게임 저장 데이터베이스는 대한민국 서울 지역을 이용합니다.

다만 Firebase Authentication은 미국 데이터센터에서

인증 정보를 처리합니다.

- 처리 목적: 계정 인증·관리, 보안 및 부정 이용 방지

- 보유기간: 제2항의 Firebase 인증 정보 보유기간

서비스 계약의 체결·이행에 필요한 국외 처리위탁·보관에는

개인정보 보호법 제28조의8에 따른 고지 등 요건이 적용됩니다.

별도 동의가 필요한 국외 이전에는 해당 동의 요건이 적용됩니다.

Google이 직접 제공하는 로그인·결제 서비스와 Gmail은

Google의 개인정보처리방침 및 서비스별 약관에 따라

전 세계 Google 시설에서 정보가 처리될 수 있습니다.

게임 저장 데이터베이스의 서울 위치가

모든 Google 서비스의 국내 처리만을 의미하지는 않습니다.

Google이 자체적으로 보유하는 계정·결제·이메일 정보의

보관과 삭제에는 Google의 정책 및 적용 법령이 따릅니다.

이용자는 고객지원 이메일을 통해 국외 이전의 거부 또는

중단을 요청할 수 있습니다. 계정 인증에 필요한 처리가

중단되면 로그인·서버 저장 기능을 제공하기 어려울 수 있습니다.

5. 이용자의 권리 및 삭제 요청

이용자는 개인정보의 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지 및

관련 동의 철회를 요청할 수 있습니다.

요청은 aimingcode@gmail.com으로 접수합니다.

운영자는 필요한 범위에서 본인 여부를 확인하고,

관계 법령에 따라 요청을 처리하며 결과를 안내합니다.

법정대리인이나 적법한 대리인을 통한 요청도 가능합니다.

게임 계정과 관련 개인정보의 삭제를 요청할 때에는

해당 Google 계정 이메일과

“My Beetle 계정 삭제 요청”이라는 내용을 보내주십시오.

비밀번호나 전체 결제수단 정보를 보낼 필요는 없습니다.

삭제 대상은 My Beetle의 게임 계정, 관련 인증 정보 및

서버 저장 내용입니다. 법정 보존 대상 기록은

제2항에 따라 구분하여 보관한 후 삭제합니다.

앱 삭제나 로그아웃만으로 서버 계정이 삭제되지는 않습니다.

My Beetle 계정을 삭제해도 Google 계정 자체는 삭제되지 않습니다.

해당 지역의 법령이 추가적인 개인정보 보호 권리를 보장하는 경우,

이용자는 그 법령에 따른 권리도 행사할 수 있습니다.

6. 아동의 개인정보

My Beetle은 만 14세 미만 이용자의 이용도 허용합니다.

아동의 개인정보 처리에 법에 따른 동의가 필요한 경우에는

법정대리인의 동의와 동의 여부의 확인이 필요합니다.

법정대리인은 고객지원 이메일을 통해 아동의 개인정보에 대한

열람·정정·삭제·처리정지 및 동의 철회를 요청할 수 있습니다.

Google 로그인이나 Family Link의 앱 설치·구매 승인은

My Beetle 개인정보 처리에 관한 법정대리인 동의를

자동으로 대신하지 않습니다.

해외 아동의 개인정보에는 해당 지역에서 적용되는

아동 개인정보 보호 요건이 적용됩니다.

7. 자동 수집 장치 및 안전성 확보 조치

My Beetle 앱 자체는 웹사이트 쿠키를 이용한

이용자 추적 기능을 운영하지 않습니다.

로그인 유지에 필요한 인증정보는 기기에 저장될 수 있으며,

Android에서는 Android Keystore를 이용하여 암호화합니다.

계정·게임 정보의 서버 전송에는 HTTPS를 사용하고,

계정별 접근 권한과 개인정보에 접근하는 운영 권한을

필요한 업무 범위로 제한합니다.

Google 로그인 및 결제 과정에서 Google이 처리하는 정보와

관련 설정은 해당 서비스의 개인정보 보호 정책에 따릅니다.

8. 개인정보 보호 문의 및 방침 변경

권리 행사를 요청할 수 있습니다.

관련 법령, 앱 기능 또는 개인정보 처리 방식이 변경되면

변경 내용을 본 페이지에 공개하며, 필요한 경우

추가 고지 또는 동의 절차를 진행합니다.

이 개인정보처리방침은 2026년 10월 10일부터 적용합니다.

My Beetle Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 10, 2026

AIMINGCODE (the “Operator”) explains below the personal information

processed through My Beetle, its purposes, retention periods,

and users’ rights.

1. Personal Information and Purposes of Processing

The Operator processes the following information to the extent

necessary to provide the service.

a. Google Sign-In and Account Management

Information processed: Google account identifiers, email address,

display name, profile information provided by Google,

and authentication information.

Purposes: User identification, linking game accounts,

maintaining sign-in, account management, and preventing misuse.

The Operator does not collect Google account passwords.

b. Saving and Loading Game Progress

Information processed: Game account ID, beetle and character

information for each slot, game progress, balances of gold,

food and other resources, and save records.

Purposes: Saving and loading account-specific game progress

and providing game services.

c. In-App Purchases

Information processed: Purchased product ID, order number,

purchase verification information, payment and cancellation

status, and records of delivered items.

Purposes: Verifying purchases, delivering items, preventing

duplicate delivery, processing refunds, and resolving

transaction-related disputes.

Purchase information is processed when users make in-app purchases.

Payment method information, such as card numbers, is processed

by Google Play and is not directly collected by the Operator.

d. Customer Support

Information processed: The sender’s email address, inquiry contents,

account identifiers supplied by the user, and necessary

transaction documentation.

Purposes: Responding to inquiries, investigating errors,

and resolving disputes.

Customer support information is processed when users

submit an inquiry.

e. Connection Information During Authentication

Information processed: IP address, user agent,

and other authentication-related connection information.

Purposes: Account authentication, maintaining security,

and preventing service abuse.

This information is supplied by users, received through

Google Sign-In, or generated during gameplay and purchases.

If information necessary for account authentication and cloud

saving is not provided, access to those features may be restricted.

2. Retention and Deletion

Account information and saved game data are retained while

account services are provided. When an account is deleted

or the processing purpose ends, information other than records

subject to mandatory legal retention is deleted without undue delay.

Ordinary customer inquiries are deleted when their handling

is complete. Records that must be retained under applicable law

are kept separately, using only the necessary information,

for the following periods:

- Contract and withdrawal records: 5 years

- Payment and delivery of goods or services records: 5 years

- Consumer complaint and dispute resolution records: 3 years

These periods apply to records subject to retention

under the electronic commerce laws of the Republic of Korea.

These records include relevant product, order, payment,

and delivery details, together with account identifiers

and inquiry records necessary to resolve disputes.

Electronic files are deleted using methods intended to prevent

recovery. Paper records, if any, are destroyed by shredding

or equivalent methods.

According to Google’s published policy, Firebase Authentication

retains logged IP addresses for a few weeks.

Other authentication information is removed from live and backup

systems within 180 days after the Operator initiates deletion

of the associated user in Firebase.

3. External Services and Outsourced Processing

The Operator uses the following external services.

a. Google Firebase

Services used: Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore.

Processing activities: Account authentication, management,

security, and storage of game data.

Personal information processed through Firebase is subject

to the Google service terms and data processing agreements

applicable to those services.

b. Google Play

Service provider: Google LLC, as identified in the Google Play

Terms of Service for the Republic of Korea.

Processing activities: In-app purchases and payment processing.

Depending on the country and transaction, payment processing

may be performed by the Google entity identified in the applicable

Google Play or payment terms.

c. Customer Support Email

Service provider: Google LLC.

Service used: Gmail.

Processing activities: Receiving, storing,

and transmitting customer support emails.

Google’s own processing through its account and payment services

provided directly to users, and through ordinary Gmail,

is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy and the applicable

service terms.

The Operator does not sell users’ personal information

or provide it for another business’s advertising purposes

without a legal basis or separate consent.

Where disclosure is required under applicable law,

the Operator follows the requirements and scope of that law.

4. International Processing of Personal Information

The database storing saved game data uses the Seoul region

in the Republic of Korea.

However, Firebase Authentication processes authentication

information in data centers located in the United States.

- Information processed: Account identifiers, email address,

  display name, profile information supplied by Google,

  authentication information, IP address, and user agent

- Timing and method: Encrypted network transmission

  during sign-in and authentication renewal

- Purposes: Account authentication, management, security,

  and prevention of misuse

- Retention period: The Firebase Authentication retention periods

  described in Section 2

International outsourced processing and storage necessary

to enter into or perform the service contract are subject

to the notification and other requirements of Article 28-8

of Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act.

Transfers requiring separate consent are subject

to the applicable consent requirements.

Google’s sign-in and payment services provided directly to users,

and Gmail, may process information at Google facilities worldwide

under Google’s Privacy Policy and service-specific terms.

The Seoul location of the saved game database does not mean

that all Google services process information only in Korea.

Google’s retention and deletion of account, payment,

and email information it holds for its own services are governed

by Google’s policies and applicable law.

Users may request that international transfers be refused

or suspended by contacting customer support.

If processing necessary for account authentication is suspended,

sign-in and cloud saving features may become unavailable.

5. User Rights and Deletion Requests

Users may request access, correction, deletion,

restriction of processing, and withdrawal of relevant consent.

Requests may be submitted to aimingcode@gmail.com.

The Operator verifies the requester’s identity to the extent

necessary, handles requests in accordance with applicable law,

and communicates the outcome.

Requests may also be made through a legal guardian

or another duly authorized representative.

To request deletion of a game account and related personal

information, provide the email address of the relevant

Google account and state:

“My Beetle account deletion request.”

Do not send passwords or complete payment method details.

Deletion covers the My Beetle game account,

associated authentication information, and saved cloud data.

Records subject to mandatory legal retention are kept separately

and deleted after the periods described in Section 2.

Uninstalling the app or signing out does not delete

the server-side account. Deleting a My Beetle account

does not delete the Google account itself.

Where local law provides additional data protection rights,

users may also exercise those rights under that law.

6. Children’s Personal Information

My Beetle allows users under the age of 14 to use the service.

Where consent is required by law to process a child’s

personal information, consent from the child’s legal guardian

and verification of that consent are required.

Legal guardians may contact customer support to request access,

correction, deletion, restriction of processing,

or withdrawal of consent concerning their child’s information.

Google Sign-In or Family Link approval for installing an app

or making a purchase does not automatically replace legal

guardian consent to My Beetle’s processing of personal information.

For children outside Korea, the applicable local requirements

for protecting children’s personal information apply.

7. Automatic Collection Technologies and Security Measures

The My Beetle app itself does not operate a user-tracking feature

using website cookies.

Authentication information needed to maintain sign-in

may be stored on the device. On Android, it is encrypted

using Android Keystore.

Account and game information is transmitted to servers

using HTTPS. Account-specific access and operational access

to personal information are limited to the scope necessary

for the relevant tasks.

Information processed by Google during sign-in and payments,

and related settings, are governed by the privacy policies

of those services.
